Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , add a commenthalata bang senti? haha. damn. anyway. we presented our talent show the other day. it wasn’t THAT great, but it wasn’t that bad either.. the whole thing was a fun thing to experience (except for the part where i wanted to rip ____’s head off for being such a rude pig!!). what a relief. next thing we cursor apps have to worry about is the missions week coming up next week. i don’t think i’m going to like that experience very much. :P ako pa. ohwell, i’ll just have to see how things go by then.
btw, valentine’s is coming up. (so?!) hai. lonely….. :P hahaha. come join the lonely hearts’ club. yuck. haha! but seriously i really don’t care much about that stinking holiday. (that MIGHT change under certain circumstances though.. but what the hey. bahala na lang.) beh. :P
i slept through this morning. got up at around 12:30 or something. not that i was sleepy, it was just that i was too lazy to get up. getting up would mean facing chores, assignments, problems, hassles.. so i dunno, maybe i just thought i could escape all that for a few more hours. guess i just delayed everything and wasted my time. :P hai. but still, it was a nice 12-hour sleep.:P hehe. after that i did my laundry, washed the dishes, cleaned my room, downloaded mp3s, texted, played the guitar, watched tv.. the usual weekend stuff. i wanted to go out and watch a movie or something, but like i said, i was lazy the whole day.
math exam tomorrow. cs12 assignment due on tuesday. yay! what more could one ask for eh? (for those who can’t read sarcasm, i’m being sarcastic. VERY sarcastic.) LOL. anyway, umaga na. better start off on my next sleepathon. hehe. kidding. :P tomorrow i’m going to STUDY. tsssyeah. right. and i’m going to start on my kas1 paper, study techniques on induction for philo, and hopefully get what the linear approximation /differentials have to help in my life. if i don’t find the answer to the last thing, i might just NOT do anything. :P haha.
craving for yellow cab right now. order some tomorrow.. sana. :P hehe. good morning, people!

random conversations i’ve overheard while commuting: (between jeep driver and one of those kids who sell rags/pamunas/ whatchamacallit) bata: (puts rags on driver’s lap) eto po, anim driver: (gets rags, counts) loko mo ako, lima lang eh.. (smiles) bata: a-neeeem! driver: lima! bata: anim yan! driver: hinde, lima! bata: anim! (repeated soooo many times) driver: hinde! lima yung BAYAD. (hands 5peso coin to bata, glances behind and sees me smiling) driver: loko ko lang eh, anim naman talaga eh.. (laughs) ———————– (between two MRT passengers who don’t know one another) pardon the inaccuracy of the conversation, i was listening past my loud mp3 player *man stands up from his seat and offers it to an elderly-looking (but high-class) lady* lady: oh thank you very much (smiles) (man nods) lady: you know what, i am so outraged by the stampede at ULTRA. (man nods) lady: there is this woman who said she lost her children and her mother to that stampede. it’s really very __sad (?) man: (says something.. i really can’t recall what / i didn’t HEAR what) *after quite some time.. hearing things about ABSCBN and wowowee* lady: nice meeting you, by the way.. i am (itago natin siya sa pangalang: THELMA REYES) Thelma Reyes. man: ah.. and i am (i didn’t hear his name) lady: i have a helicopter eh. that’s why i can get from ABSCBN to GMA in just 5 minutes, coz there’s no traffic at all. its really very wonderful (at this part i’m sort of LAUGHING without really LAUGHING to be rude) (man nods) lady: ay, i have to go down at the next station. remember, THELMA REYES. I have a helicopter. (stands up, walks to the door) lady: ay! ay!! (pasara na ang door) sumabit ang sapatos ko!!! ay!!! me: (thinks: WAHAHAHAHAHAHA!) ———–
ang mean ko noh? haha. but really, it was sooo funny. hai.. the things you hear and see when commuting for 2 hours from quezon city to las piñas. sometimes it really makes the trip worth all that time and energy. :P

Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , add a commentgot to school at around 12 noon kanina. sir wee was already discussing something about indeterminantssssomething.. math53 midterms are this wednesday already and i still haven’t gotten the hang of a lot of the topics. pero bahala na. math eh. haha!
anyway.. these past few days mejo nawili ako maggitara ulit.. hehe. it’s a good thing. but that just means i’ve found something else to distract me from that thing they call schoolwork. i’m having a hard time understanding why students should work their butts off in school. it’s not like we’d be able to use EVERYTHING after we graduate so why not just run through it, have a few exams, a few assignments here and there..? i dunno. maybe i’m just not going with the flow or something. can somebody please explain LIFE to me!?! hai. ohwell. as anybody would usually say: eh ganyan talaga buhay eh.. bakit nga? haha! it’s probably coz i just DONT want to understand. maybe LIFE would be much more enjoyable if it remained a mystery. so that we could all live our lives in search of meaning and clarity.

Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , add a commentgot home a while ago from libis. i went with joelle to some battle of the band type event..:P hehe. nakaubos ako ng isang red horse for the night. isa. yes, isa lang naman. haha! para akong naglakad sa gumagalaw na MRT. haha. and it’s already 2:30 and i’m still up. talk about major headache tomorrow. oh wel. i had fun naman. it was quite a night. i missed kas1 field trip kanina coz of reasons i cannot explicitly state. LOL. (oh yeah, kaya itch and title kasi nangangati ako ngayon. i think i’m allergic to cigarette smoke. lots of it at top and table.. haha!)
i slept the whole morning through till about 12 pm. that was fun. not. mejo nawili lang ako sa kama ko. haha. speaking of nawili.. wowowee tragedy truck this morning. well, everybody knows that story. pero yun nga, i’m just wondering why people would kill themselves to go and watch a wowowee show. c’mon.. that’s just too much for my poor brain to handle. anyway.. yun.

Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , add a commentFully booked tomorrow. as in. Regrets. Anyway, before the grimy details pour out of me, let me just go through what’s been the happnin since my last post. Actually, there really isn’t much to say.
trustwalk. I had the trustwalk with my byte yesterday. It was fun.. :) he made me do WEIRD STUFFS!! haha. (BTW, the trustwalk is where you & a buddy get 10 minutes of being blindfolded each. You have to rely on only your buddy’s voice to know where the hell you’re going.) It wasn’t easy. So first RJ was the one in the blindfold. I didn’t really know where to lead him or what to make him do, so his turn was fairly just walking and avoiding obstacles in the way. But then of course experienced CURSOR members already have IDEAS. Although I’m thankful RJ was kinder than Fallacy was to his bit.. haha! pinapasok ba naman si len sa male CR. hahaha! anyway. pinalusot ako ni RJ sa railings, pinaupo sa may tree trunk.. weird!! and mean!! haha! pero okai lang, masaya naman.
acads. on the acad side of things, it’s still very much the same. I hate math, I’m starting to dislike Philo, CS is still bugging me, Kas1’s proving to be a task of much memorization (nevertheless still fun), NatSci.. argh! NatSci is now as much fun as a dead rat. And that’s the way the cookie crumbles. haha.
Now here’s a funny thing. I’ve never cared much for people in authority. Bad ruling has never really affected me that much in the past. But now I’m hating this one person. Argh! he’s sooooo getting on my nerves. And they call him leader. oh please. bite me. =P Can’t really say much more, that person might read this and just get much more irritating than HE already is.
so yun.. that’s mostly all of it. except the now part.. where i’m so TAMAD na!! I can’t do anything tomorrow. I can’t WAKE UP EARLY TOMORROW!! waah.. :P but i have to. I have to. At least ONCE i must learn to suffer the consequences of my actions. this time there’s no escaping it. argh. T’sall for now. post something more next time. Pics in the gallery btw. :)
