summer na ba? March 26, 2006
Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , trackbackOfficially it isn’t really summer vacation for me yet. I have some exams for this week (’til saturday dammit) and a Kas 1 thingy on wednesday.. but I’ve gone to lax mode already.. and nobody’s stoppin me. yeah. :P haha.
What do I want to do now? Swimming!! Swimming!! Take note, I don’t like swimming as a sport.. I like swimming leisurely.. with friends and all that.. with poolside party to match. :D heehee.. :D anyway, it sucks that I’ve only got less than 2 weeks before summer classes start. I guess that means I wouldn’t be able to go on the outing we were planning (was it Vigan or Baguio? ahaha). Well anyway, yun nga, since the DLSU peepz aren’t on vacation yet, and I guess their vacae’s gonna start when mine ends.. bye bye outing.. =( sad. but ohwell. There’s always weekends and stuff.. :D pramis talaga aayusin ko na next year para hindi na ako mag-summer!! hehe.. :D
Recently there’s been buzzing about the Sunrise 2005 (our highschool yearbook) lalabas na daw, tapos hindi.. Frankly I’m not all that upset about it. You see, unlike earlier batches who didn’t have friendster, cellphone contact, email and all that, our batch is very much in touch with each other. Technology has done wonders in terms of keeping our communication with each other alive. So yeah, I guess not having the yearbook asap is not really much of a big deal. YM na lang tayo! haha. And the grad pic? c’mon let’s all just upload our gradpics on friendster or whatever.. :P I love the internet.. But yeah, iba pa rin talaga ang yearbook. :P
Hai. I miss my highschool days. Those days where I could get away with not studying at all and still get high grades. Those days when reporting meant copy-pasting stuff from the internet onto a powerpoint presentation and then just making up crummy speeches the night before the actual report. yeeeah. those were the fun days. Especially the non-school bits. When me and my friends would use school projects as excuses to have a movie marathon at someone’s house (most often mine) and then scooch off to SM or ATC to gimmik.. (never mind the actual project).. ano to, reminiscin’? haha. I guess I just miss high school life so much. Shit has it been a year already since I graduated?! nyahaha how time flies. Hai. sige, I guess that’s all for now.
