and after a very very long time of postless nothingness.. a post. haha. okay. my academic life could not be MORE messed up. i mean, i never in my wildest dreams thought that i would flunk in ANYTHING as bad as i have been flunking. i’d much rather think BOBO AKO than to think that it’s due to my greatly lacking effort in doing anything of least necessity to my studies. my gad. but enough about that. depressing eh.. :P haha.
anyway.. summer has kinda started. other people are already on summer vacae mode (unlike moi, stuck in chaotic hell-ness). grabe. the heat is simply shocking. i wouldn’t be surprised if one of these days i pass out from the hell-like heat.
these past few days i have been coming home at around 3-ish, 4-ish.. and it’s SUPER DUPER HOT outside at that time. of course as i ride the MRT and walk through SM makati and glorietta it’s negligible but then when i get to the service at landmark (mind you, it’s airconditioned) the temperature is a bazillion degrees and all the sweat in that van could fill pails. gad. it’s unbearable. but since of course there’s no other choice, well, no choice. LOL.
i am so promising myself a nice looooong slumber after exams are through. making up for lost sleep is PRIORITY when summer vacation starts. not that i have long though, i’ll be taking up summer classes…. drrn math53. :P oh well..

so yun. marami nang nangyari over the past days. natapos na interview sa CURSOR, nagstart na exams and everything. concerning my non-academic life, well still nothing to report. ang social life ko ay zippo ngayon. i’d use schoolwork as an excuse.. but then again i use social life as an excuse for poor performance in class. hai. kaguluhan talaga na buhay. i wanna start a new semester already. clean up the mess i made.. bagong sem, bagong buhay.

Life. Oh yeah, that. Don’t you just sometimes wish everything was different, and you could be anything but yourself? I do. Sometimes I just wanna lie down, dream of the stuff I wish life could be for me. I’d make up a pretend scenario in my head and play it over and over until I could almost swear it was real. But it never could be.
When I was younger, I used to picture what I’d be when I grew up. The things I would be doing, the clothes I’d wear, the things I COULD do. But none of that’s real. They’re all just dumb fantasies that confuse the mind. I want to be som many different things at once. I realize that I just can’t. I just have to learn to live with the life I’ve got and who I am. It’s not easy, I know that, but I’ll try and manage somehow. I hope.
So many things limit me, my family, my friends, my world. But I do know that they are what shapes who I am. But how can there be so many boundaries in a limitless world? If one lives a free life, how can one break barriers?

Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , add a commentWhat’s with me and movies this week? Haha. I watched Memoirs of a Geisha with Joelle at Festi the other day (Friday, i mean) after school. I loved the movie!(as I hoped I would).. AND I FINALLY BOUGHT GUITAR STRINGS FOR MY, WELL, GUITAR!! But unfortunately, I am not gifted in the department of guitar-stringing. It seems I did the guitar more harm in attempting to do the task myself. But anyhoo..
Kanina naman.. I woke up at around 11 coz I kinda stayed up till 2am trying to do my stupid MP. (yes, people, I have started my MP a week before deadline.. although it’s probably best since this extra time was only given as an extension). anyhoo. Cheka texted me and said labas kami so yun, I got out of bed and yun.. :P haha. We went to Festi and met Philip there. We watched Pride & Prejudice.. Then after the movie we went to Starbucks, BF, to meet Kathleen, Gon, and Kuya Jay!:D (yay! reunion! haha) Talked about summer outing.. kwento kwento.. then we went to RUINS. (yay!) I bought four DVDs (Harry Potter 4, Brokeback Mountain, Dreamer, and Yours,Mine,&Ours). I got home past 8.. I watched Brokeback Mountain. (no comment, watch it). Then after that I watched Harry Potter (again).
I really hope matuloy ang outing sa summer. Even though we all have different scheds for summer vacation.. :( I, unfortunately, have to take summer classes coz I’m sorta, kinda, like, FLUNKING math53. haha! ohwel. I’m gonna take PE subjs na rin. para wala na akong intindihin next year.. :P hehe. Well, sige, tulog na ako. Late nanaman eh.. I mean, early. haha. I’m going to STUDY tomorrow. AND do my MP. shiyux. What’s gotten into me? haha! anyhoo. goodnight. er.. morning?
