No Longer Freshies June 13, 2006
Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , trackbackAlthough today was officially the first day of classes, we didn’t really have classes in all subjects. I got up early today. I left the house at around 6:30 and hitched with my mom bringing my sister to school. It was quite heavy traffic on the South Super Highway so it took longer than usual to get to UP. I wasn’t late though.. I got there at around 8:15 (with time to spare before my first class!) When I got to the room.. Wow, grabe.. No class. And woopdeedoodledoo, Ma’am Florence is our prof for CS21.. :P Ahehe.
We also met our prof in Math 54.. Ms. Leny Deita. They say she gives VERY HARD exams.. I got quite thrown off when I heard the tone of Nikko’s voice as he told us who our prof was going to be. But they also said she teaches well and that she knows her stuff. Well that’s an upside, isn’t it? :P haha.
Anyway, we also met our Physics prof.. he seemed nice.. and our Pilates instructor. She said something about Pilates not really being meant for people with problems in the spine / bones or something.. Hmm.. I wonder if my “acute scoliosis” counts.. :P haha. Hope it doesn’t though.. I’m kinda looking forward to learning this.. It’d be cool to claim “Oh yeah.. I do Pilates too, like Madonna” haha.. :P
After our “classes” we went to the UP Theatre to catch up on the block handling that was going on.. Freshies! haha. It’s good to be upperclassmen now.. :) At least we’ve gone through the tough bits of adjusting and everything. I’ve got the hang of college life now.. Well, a bit at least. :P

I’m going to be dorm-ing soon. We found a really good place near UP where the price is very reasonable for the dorm’s features.. :) It’s a good distance and convenient too. I hope I move in soon.. :P It’s starting to rain hard and I don’t want to be commuting during a downpour. :P Ohwell.

Hai. Well.. no school tomorrow! :D Wednesdays are my day off.. I hope. :) I have a dentist appointment in the morning though.. And then prolly be moving in to the dorm place in the afternoon.. busy busy.. hehe. Ohwell.. ’till next time.. =)
