Can’t Get Back Up December 27, 2006
Posted by Mayee in : Daily Babble , trackbackLet me just say, I have dug my grave. It’s a really deep one and I can’t seem to find my way back out (figuratively speaking).
Last Eng’g Week (and the weeks before that), I let my acads slip A LOT and I think I am going to have a hell of a time trying to find my way back into, well, what it ought to be. I guess for now I can say it’s just the acads, but there’s sort of a lot more to it. Procrastination, not finding the drive to get up early enough in the morning, finding it hard to finish whatever it is I’ve started.. these are signs of a severely messed up life.
But enough about that!
I’ve been ranting so much on how stupidly fudged up my life is that I have in some way contributed to fudgeing it up even more. So now, I shall just (what’s the word?) live it out and see how it goes.
New Years’ is coming up and I’ve started to think about my New Year’s Resolution. I’m not the type who buys into that crap but now I guess it’s the perfect excuse to start afresh (yes, even though it’s well into the second semester of my second year in college). THERE’S HOPE FOR ME YET! I hope. rarr.
Mayee’s New Year’s Resolutions:
1) I will eat breakfast in the morning.
2) I will get up early enough in the morning to EAT breakfast.
3) I will NOT be late for class. EVER. (oh dear)
4) I will NOT cut class for reasons I have decided are insufficient to be considered excusable.
5) I will NOT consider LAZINESS as a good enough excuse
6) MAG-AARAL NA AKO. (yeaaaah right! bwahahaha)
7) MAG-IIPON NA AKO. (even more bwahahahaha)
8) Mag-aayos na ako ng kwarto.
*OUCH*
Why OUCH? coz I think I hurt myself from laughing too hard while reading that list again. AHAHAHA. Not that I’m not going to try, but really.. Knowing myself.. (ack. and here it is, disbelief in myself. so what’s the use, really?)
——————And on the brighter side of things..
Excited na ako for tomorrow. Swimming time! Inuman ulit.. yay! =) (yipes, wala na akong swimming outfit! Ginamit na ni Aaron! haha. Gotta buy me a new one. heehee.)
